Final Project - Sustainability

This project is inspired by the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Focusing on Goal 5 - Gender Equality. In my exploration of diverse concepts, I focused on creating a piece inspired by a remarkable woman who managed to thrive in a male dominated environment; Tomoe Gozen, an onna-musha from the late Heian period in Japanese history. she was a central figure in the Genpei War (1180-1185).
